Click on the file called watch.skill to download it. Save it anywhere on your computer — your Downloads folder is fine.
Back in Claude: → Click your profile icon (bottom left) → Go to Settings → Go to Capabilities → Find "Skills" and click the + button → Drag and drop the watch.skill file you just downloaded
Done. The skill is now installed.
The very first time you use /watch, Claude will check if the required tools (FFmpeg and yt-dlp) are installed in its environment. If they're not, it installs them automatically. This takes about 30–60 seconds on the first run. Every run after that is instant.
You don't need to do anything here. Just paste your first video link and let Claude handle the setup.
