A build-it-yourself guide. No AI experience needed. By the end you'll have Claude writing your LinkedIn outreach and SalesRobot sending it, replying for you, and booking demos. Follow the steps in order.
Think of this as hiring two people:
Claude writes it. SalesRobot sends it. That's the whole engine.
💡 "Prompt" = the message you type to Claude. Every grey code box below is a prompt. Copy it, paste it into Claude, and swap the [bracketed bits] for your own details. That's all "using AI" means here.
The Outbound Brain is just one document that holds everything Claude needs to know about your business. You paste it in at the start of every chat so Claude never writes generic junk. You're not coding anything — it's a page of notes.
Do this: Open a new Claude chat and paste the prompt below. Answer its questions in plain English. Claude will hand you back a finished Brain document. Save it somewhere you can copy from (a Notion page, a Google Doc).
You're helping me build an "Outbound Brain" — a reference document you'll
use every time you write my LinkedIn outreach. Interview me one question
at a time until you have enough to fill in all of these:
1. ICP (who I sell to): company size, job title, industry, location
2. Offer: what I sell and the main result it gives
3. Positioning: the one sentence that makes me different from competitors
4. Proof: my best results, numbers, or customer names
5. Objections: the top reasons people say no, and how I'd answer each
6. Competitors: who else my buyers consider
7. Best-fit signals: what makes someone a hot lead vs. a waste of time
Ask me the questions, then write the finished Brain as a clean document
I can save and reuse.
Keep the document it gives you. Every later step starts by pasting this Brain in first. When you learn something new (a message that worked, a new objection), add it to the Brain — everything downstream gets better at once.
